2. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase contract.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than standard delivery). We will make the reimbursement within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt (extended beyond the statutory 14 days)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been tampered with
5. Return Process

5.2 Return Shipping

5.3 Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

7. Wrong Items

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

11. Complaint Rights Under Norwegian Law
Under the Forbrukerkjøpsloven, you have a right to complain about defective products. The standard complaint period is two years from delivery. For products intended to last significantly longer, the period may be five years. You may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation with full refund depending on the nature of the defect.
